Please sync wordpress-mu 2.9.2-1 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Per the trac "bugs fixed" page at http://core.trac.wordpress.org/query?status=closed&group=resolution&order=priority&milestone=2.9.2&resolution=fixed and a cursory reading
of http://trac.mu.wordpress.org/changeset?old_path=tags%2F2.9.1&old=&new_path=tags%2F2.9.2 , the NUV adds no new features.

The package builds in pbuilder, and I am using the result without problems. Fixes a security bug.
