Bug Description

If you enter the name "Łukasz Czyżykowski" into your account on SSO and then go to the default consumer and make a basic SREG request, the text that returns is mangled.

Steps for QA:

1. Access http://ec2-75-101-192-127.compute-1.amazonaws.com
2. Create an account such that the name contains unicode characters
3. Access the consumer http://ec2-75-101-192-127.compute-1.amazonaws.com/consumer
4. Request SREG data
5. Verify the name displays correctly.
