Hi.

The ink status on our Photosmart c4780 has just been reported as OK for the black cartridge even though it was empty.

Note that the graphical level indicator appeared as empty though.

I have the same problem with my D2660. hp-toolbox says the
status of the black 60/60XL cartridge is 'Good/OK' but the
bar is empty (and printing greyscale prints blank pages).
The color cartridge indicator functions correctly. --mark--
