2.2.x uses functions deprecated in libtorrent 0.15-RELEASE

Bug Description

If I compile libtorrent-rasterbar 0.15 release version with --disable-deprecated-functions qbittorrent 2.2.x will fail to compile and link properly because it uses functions that have been deprecated.

I am aware of that. I will fix those when I get some time. libtorrent v0.15 is not ready for heavy use anyway, IMHO.

I should probably fix this in a bugfix release, to be on the safe side.
