Bug Description
I can use "bzr send -o foo.patch" to generate a patch of all locally commited changes that differ from the branched SVN tree.
I'd like the ability to generate an SVN-style patch of any revision (or series of revisions) in the local bzr repository. Currently there is no way (to my knowledge) to send SVN-style patches of individual local changes or commits upstream.
Something like a formatter option to the diff command would be perfect (ie. bzr diff --format=svn -r200..201).
I'm using bzr 2.0.2 and bzr-svn 1.0.0~bzr3160.

This will require some new infrastructure in Bazaar itself.
