Bug Description

The PPA https://launchpad.net/~pyneighborhood/+archive/stable contains no entry for lucid-users. It would be nice to add support for installing PyNeighborhood from PPA in lucid to enable testing in 10.04.

I think it's important to fix this soon because lucid is released and users have no chance to install the latest package of pyNeighborhood.
