UNR launcher does not honor resolution changes

Bug Description
Binary package hint: netbook-launcher
Trying UNR in Virtualbox - Fullscreen at 1920x1200 as well as in any imaginable windowed resolution. When the resoltution changes, UNR does not rescale or reoder icons -> most of the icons remain out of sight. See screenshot.
Guest additions are installed, so the resolution change itself works - but the launcher is not adapting to the new geometry, thus 60% of the icons are unaccessible.
BTW: I set the font size to be 8 - but the fonts are rendered "out of its virtual limits" and also not scaled smaller. In theory, this is another bug... but once all scales nicely, should not matter any more...
