It is related to the motherboard MS-7253

Ther is a related bug in the kernel that could be fixed just add pci=use_crs to my Kernel options and now I have sound.
sudo gedit /etc/default/grub and add change the line GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash" to
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash pci=use_crs"

but read first this

https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42567
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42619

you just need to read the last 3 posts.

Eran, can you confirm whether (1) this is still a problem, and (2) whether "pci=use_crs" makes a difference? Based on your dmesg log, I don't see what it would change, but I might have missed something.

If "pci=use_crs" does make a difference, can you attach complete dmesg logs with and without it?
