Bug Description

Binary package hint: empathy

Though there appears to be a similarly titled bug listed, this occurred when I was opening a chat window by double-clicking on a contact's name. Empathy hung and prompted me to force quit it, but I cancelled that and waited, then apport popped up.

Since encountering the issue, I started using the Telepathy PPA in which I no longer encountered it. Also I have since upgraded to Maverick so I don't encounter the issue there either. I believe it was probably fixed upstream.
