partitioner confirmation dialog is not on foreground

Bug Description

ubiquity amd64, current edgy daily (20060807): after creating partitions and clicking 'forward', ubiquity just hangs. It took me a while to notice that there was a confirmation dialog in the background (it does not appear in the taskbar). This confirmation dialog should be in the foreground.
