Binary package hint: plymouth
My system got stuck in "Checking disk 1 of 1 (71%)", I have pressed Power button and it did shutdown gracefully, after I have booted second time, I got gdm prompt and after logging in there was crash report from plymouthd.
Installed version of plymouth was 0.8.1-4.
