Bug Description
If some non-empty text have been shown in the "Message" column for a tracker, then this message is never cleared.
In my case, for example, one tracker is overloaded sometimes and the messages "Connection refused" or "Connection timeout" are shown for it. When the tracker comes back its status is properly changed to "Working", but the error message is not cleared. And this looks rather inconsistent like: Status = Working, Peers = 50, Message = Connection refused.
