Bug Description
For whatever reason, on UNE 10.04 on my Dell Mini 10v, when I put my mouse cursor on a notification, it doesn't disappear like designed to, they just get a black border, see screenshot. It's really annoying when browsing the internet or typing in the MeMenu, but they're still click-through-able.

Is this a duplicate of #546650? I can still click things below the notification, but it just gets the black rectangle.
