Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
From what I remember, in 9.10 when I hovered over the gnome-power-manager icon in the system tray, it would give me some information about the battery state, whether it was charging, discharging, and the percent of battery left. It is not doing this now.
In addition, it would be nice if I could choose between battery percent, and time left, when I hovered over the icon.
