I don't know when exactly the bug occured,
    - maybe just after re-activate the laptop which was suspended
    - maybe when I disabled the wireless network

Apport detected the issue after coming back from sleep mode.
No manual action as enable/disable wireless wasperformed.

Hi guys:

This bug happend to me when i started my laptop from a halt condition. Well i remember some hours before i lost wireless connection and i was unable to connect again, even if i disable the wifi adaptor. so i decided to halt it and give a shot later. and now i got this message. hope this helps for something.

i'm using lucid alpha2 amd64, my wifi is an intel 5300, my netbook is an asus 1201n.
