Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-restricted-extras

From Ubuntu 9.10 onward, starting Konqueror prompts the user to install extra packages for "extra multimedia functionality". I think the multimedia experience in Ubuntu would be that much smoother if kubuntu-restricted-extras were to depend on, or at least recommend, all of these packages.

This is, by and large, already the case. In 10.04, there are only two packages missing from kubuntu-restricted-extras that Konqueror wants to install. These are:

libavcodec-unstripped-52
libdvdread4

One possibility would be to add these packages to kubuntu-restricted-extras as dependencies or recommends. If we feel that these packages should not be part of kubuntu-restricted-extras, then it might be worthwhile to re-file this bug against Konqueror.
