New version of scim-hangul is out there

Bug Description
Version of scim-hangul on Dapper is 0.1.2-2build1, but there is newer version 0.2.1 which fixed the followings.
* 3 boelsik input method logic bug fixes
* Support skim
* Support keyboard layout config
* Remove unused options
* Update translations
First fix is important for Korean users who use 3 boelsik and of course, second one is too for Korean Kubuntu users. I know Dapper will have scim as default IM for CJK users so please expedite including newer version of scim components for less bugs.
