Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

Had just logged in to ubuntu 10.04 beta 1, and checked for updates. Update manager was the only program running which I had initiated, and then the bug notification appeared for this crash. Just sending the report on - it didn't appear to my newbies eye that is was obviously one of the other bugs reported to power manager so I filed it separately. Apologies if it turns out to be a duplicate. Update manager seems wholly unaffected by this bug so I don't think they are in any way linked - updates work without apparent error.
