Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdebase-runtime

This crash occurs both on Kubuntu 9.10 and 10.4 beta1 (both desktop and netbook releases) . So I assume that it is not fixed yet. Nepomuk crashes and and refuses to work if the system language is set/changed from english (en) to another language. In this case the destination language is Turkish (tr). Namely, nepomuk service stub or one of it's components crashes when Kubuntu is used under (some ?) other languages than default English.

As far as I observe and understand, this is aslo one of the main reasons of the known/notorious "nepomuk is not registered at D-Bus" error message when user attempts to activate Akonadi server.
