Bug Description
I got into this problem after tried to install kvm:
sudo aptitude install kvm libvirt-bin ubuntu-vm-builder bridge-utils (https:/
After which point, the system hang and I had to reboot. Unfortunately, package manager has messed up since. Failing at g++ oost installation tasks.

I tried few methods as suggested on related forums e.g reinstall, uninstall etc - but no luck.
Bug #273748 is pretty similar to what I have encountered here (except the module/return code).
I am raising this from crash report based on command 'sudo apt-get remove -f '
