Backgrounds of quickstarter icon and vlc icon are not consistent with color of panel

Bug Description

Binary package hint: light-themes

Backgrounds of application icons in notification area (such as quickstarter, vlc), are not consistent with light theme. I think, it could be related with this bug(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/light-themes/+bug/538853)

This is not a duplicate of bug #403135, because this bug does not affect individual apps, but light-themes(both) and dust theme(not dust-sand). Please take look at this bug(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/light-themes/+bug/538853). I think, that this bug is similar with mine.
