Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

When I try to start ubuntuone-preferences the options dialog/webpage never shows up.
Instead ubuntuone-login causes a high CPU load up to 100%. See ps output below.
There is also a third process running bound to the bash, which PID is increasing forever.

massimo@mp-desk:~$ ps -eaf | grep ubuntuone-client
massimo 1480 1 95 15:00 ? 00:03:18 /usr/bin/python /usr/lib/ubuntuone-client/ubuntuone-login
massimo 1496 1 0 15:01 ? 00:00:01 /usr/bin/python /usr/lib/ubuntuone-client/ubuntuone-syncdaemon
massimo 1571 1544 0 15:04 pts/0 00:00:00 grep --color=auto ubuntuone-client
massimo@mp-desk:~$ ps -eaf | grep ubuntuone-client
massimo 1480 1 95 15:00 ? 00:03:19 /usr/bin/python /usr/lib/ubuntuone-client/ubuntuone-login
massimo 1496 1 0 15:01 ? 00:00:01 /usr/bin/python /usr/lib/ubuntuone-client/ubuntuone-syncdaemon
massimo 1573 1544 0 15:04 pts/0 00:00:00 grep --color=auto ubuntuone-client
massimo@mp-desk:~$ ps -eaf | grep ubuntuone-client
massimo 1480 1 95 15:00 ? 00:03:20 /usr/bin/python /usr/lib/ubuntuone-client/ubuntuone-login
massimo 1496 1 0 15:01 ? 00:00:01 /usr/bin/python /usr/lib/ubuntuone-client/ubuntuone-syncdaemon
massimo 1575 1544 0 15:04 pts/0 00:00:00 grep --color=auto ubuntuone-client

If you don't kill all 3 processes with the System Monitor, the third process will be still there after reboot
and preventing ubuntuone-syncdaemon to start on your next try.

ubuntu-bug 1480 apport and
additional syncdaemon.log with debug informationen attached.

Since this bug is reproducable i could add more informations if needed.
