web developer plugin in repository isn't compatible

Steps:

1) Applications -> Software Center
2) Search "web developer"
3) Install Web Developer toolbar for firefox

Problem:

After installing and restarting the browser, firefox states that web developer 1.1.8 is not compatible with firefox 3.6
