Bug Description

Binary package hint: kubuntu-default-settings

At boot we have a style, at login and into the system yet another style and we are left with something that has little coherence.
I believe that by default is a good idea to have a flow boot->login->desktop coherent with Kubuntu artwork (like Ubuntu).
Without making various upheavals, IMHO, is only need to change the login and desktop wallpaper so that we have more coherency with playmouth theme.
For example, a good idea can be simply adapt the current KDE4.4 wallpaper with Kubuntu colors used for the theme of Plymouth.

Cant do unfortunately. Plymouth on some drivers only supports 16bit colors, the kde artwork looks crappy at 16bit though :(

Yes, I know!
I think I did not explained well (sorry for my english :( ).
My idea is to use the similar (or same) color for the background wallpaper both for playmouth, kdm and kde (i.e.: like in Ubuntu.).
A simple example is to change the kdm and kde wallpapers with colors similar to playmouth theme.
I think this will make more consistence in the look between playmouth, kdm and kde.

Thanks for all your great work!!! :)
