On connecting camera to system, Nautilus tries to mount camera twice, causing errors

Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

On a fresh boot due to other errors, I plug my little Kodak EasyShare 875 camera into the netbook and turn it on. Once it is recognized by the system, instead of one popup asking me what to do (the dialog that suggests applications to open the device with) Nautilus opens two, one of which errors out.

It appears that Nautilus is trying to mount the camera twice.

Addendum:

This appears to only happen on my Point-and-shoot that uses an SD card. I am thinking that it's reading the USB card as one object and the camera itself as another, and trying to mount each thing (though they have the same address).

This issue did not occur when I plugged my DSLR in.

thank you for your bug report, could you open one using "ubuntu-bug storage"? it will collect the details required to work on the issue.
closing the bug there since ubuntu-bug will open a new one

Confirming double mounted camera + error Unable to mount KODAK EasyShare V610 Dual Lens Digital Camera
Error initializing camera: -60: Could not lock the device

Camera is usable
the two mountpoints are different:
one is mounted as store_00020001 and contains a file called DDISCVRY.DPS
The other is mounted as store_00010001 and contains the normal dcim and misc directories such as they should be on the sd card of my camera. I can do everything i want on both disks.

Tried to open a new one with ubuntu-bug storage nautilus but that did not work.....
