Use the nicer panel specific icon to be better integrated with the Ubuntu theme.

Yes, but, don't use the helper here. It should only be used for icons
that are on the panel as it has other behaviors that are unique to
there. You should use a GIcon if you just want the fallbacks.

This patch will ensure gnome-about-me is consistent with our (upcoming) changes.

A better version is now in trunk, that uses the stock_person fallback icon, if the -panel one is not present. See lp:indicator-me (revision 94)

Trunk now contains just the patch to get that icon, and no other change for the frame decoration. Too late for Lucid if we still need to do a round trip at that stage. It's ready for Maverick.
