Bug Description
Binary package hint: software-center
Michael, please merge the attached merge directive. It does the following things:
* reformat debian/control a bit (to not mix tabs and white space)
* add dependency on python-xdg
* recommend software-
* conflict, replace, provide gnome-app-install (<< 1)
* update software-center to use the new python-apt API.
It also does some Debian specific changes in debian/rules, but they are only applied when the Vendor does not derive from Ubuntu (checked using !dpkg-vendor --derives-from Ubuntu). If you want, you can also just do bzr revert debian/rules.
