Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

Ubiquity (shame on it!) decided that my locale is Kongo. Now after reboot Kongo layout is added to my layout list.

1. Yes
2. You should have wrong detected locale (In my case Kongo). Change locale to correct and reboot. In my case before reboot I had USA and RUS layouts, after reboot I had USA, RUS and Kongo.
3. It can be fixed by dpkg-reconfigure console-setup
