update-manager crashed with TypeError in _get_last_apt_get_update_text()

Binary package hint: update-manager

This crash happen a lot like every second time meaning i run it once it working fine second time some time after it doesn't work then i need to use this command sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade and then it's working again just once till the next update attempt.
