Bug Description

Not exactly a bug, and there are probably few holdouts like me who still use (t)csh, but for anyone who does, here is a patch that adds an "activate.csh" file to the bin directory. It is, um, "lightly tested" (as in, works for me for a few tests). It has the rude side effect of setting $prompt if you do not have it set yourself, and probably could be improved.

Feel free to change the name of the file (so that there's no interference with completion on "activate") or ignore this entirely.

I left the text string for activate.csh un-encoded so that it is readable, but obviously it should be gzip/base64 encoded like the others.
