cmd.php files fail to raise the correct action icq website

Binary package hint: empathy

clicking chat now in firefox web browser fails to raise a new chat instead it raised a php file (cmd.php) to be raised.

where as it should raise a chat with that user. eg chat on any page (picking this one at tottaly random http://www.icq.com/people/280293552/

I dont actually understand the problem. you are using the web browser what do you expect empathy to do?
