Bug Description

I have a problem with GnoMenu. I'm using 2.4.1 on Debian Squeeze x64 with XFCE 4.6 and 2.5 on Debian Squeeze x86 with Gnome . Everyting is working fine, until I run Compiz. After that menu is displayed, but menu is always created using coordinates of top left button corner as menu top left corner, here's screenshot if I'm not clear: http://i39.tinypic.com/dbt74n.png (notice top part of menu under mouse cursor in bottom-left of screenshot). It doesn't depend from panel position - in gnome I have taskbar on top, and part of menu is created under panel. Also it doesn't depend from window decorator used in compiz - on amd64 i have gtk-window-decorator, on x86 emerald.

Can you give us a screen shot with GnoMenu opened, so we can see how that looks?

Well, GnoMenu is opened on screenshot i posted with bug (http://i39.tinypic.com/dbt74n.png) - this "box" under mouse cursor is part of menu with winXP like skin (the same is on every skin I've used)

by the way - i checked old gnomenu (1.6) and it's working fine.

i know this going to be fixed in 2.6 release, but maybe there's some workaround for 2.5?

well it was propably fixed inside compiz - i've checked a while ago, and it's working (on the same system - debian squeeze amd64 with gnome)
