[Lucid]Close/Minimize etc. icons don't match using Ambiance theme

Bug Description

If you change the Close/Minimize etc icons position back to the right, through gconf-editor, their borders didn't use to look nice. Now they do, but only if the window is at the top. All the other windows' buttons look like before.

And if you put a Menu button (I put it on the left), it looks bad too.

Part of the bug seems fixed, as the problem with the not focused windows doesn't exist anymore. However, the problem with the Menu button still exists.
