Bug Description
When switching to thumbnail mode it is possible to end up with a negative zoom percentage.
To reproduce:
1. Load http://
2. Switch to thumbnail mode by clicking the icon
3. See zoom readout show "Zoom: -0.41%"
Expected behaviour:
Switching to thumbnail mode the first time should result in the default number of thumbnail columns (currently 6) being displayed. The percentage should match with the size of the thumbnails.

When coming from 2up as initial mode we were requesting the width of BRpageview div before it was created.
