Manual is not installed

Binary package hint: fontmatrix

When Fontmatrix is installed, the user manual is not installed with it.

Steps to reproduce
1. Start Fontmatrix
2. Run program
3. Go to Help pull down menu and select Help.

Result:
The manual reader opens with a message that the user manual is not installed.

Expected result:
The user manual should appear.

There also seem to be files missing from /usr/share/fontmatrix/resources !

As a workaround, extract the RPM from http://fr2.rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/mandriva/devel/cooker/i586/media/contrib/release/fontmatrix-0.6.0-1mdv2011.0.i586.html and copy the contents of share/fontmatrix to /usr/share/fontmatrix.
This seems to work (and in particular also fixes the missing font information CSS layout and samples).

By following your instructions, I got the same result in Ubuntu Natty (fontmatrix 0.6.0+svn20100107-2ubuntu4).

I also found a bug report regarding the missing manual in Debian.

Still the case in fontmatrix 0.6.0+svn20110930-1.1 on Ubuntu Trusty.

That is true, however I couldn't find cmake options to make it build, or build only that (/help)
