AWN bar can be moved with Alt+F7

After left-clicking on a free space of a bar and hitting usual Alt+F7 combination I get "move" cursor and can move the bar over the screen. The launchers and applets stays as they are.

Using: ArchLinux, kernel26 2.6.32.10-1, gnome-desktop 2.28.2-1, compiz-core 0.8.4-3, avant-window-navigator 0.3.2.1-1, awn-extras-applets 0.3.2.2-3, fglrx (catalyst-test 10.4-444). Ati Radeon HD2600. All software were installed from ArchLinux repo or AUR.

Unable to duplicate with compiz, metacity or xfwm4 here. What compiz plugins are active?

Today is even more fun. I tried to reproduce bug and was able to move the
panel and the icons separately.
Please find attachments - new screenshot with the bug and actual settings
of compiz.

Plugins active:
command, gnome-compatibility,
expo, desktop cube, rotate cube,
window decoration,
jpeg, png, svg, text,
dbus, glib, inotify, videoplayback,
application switcher, move window, resize window, ring switcher.

Please try with the 0.4.0 version of Awn.

I installed 0.4 RC2 - no such behavior.
