contact search should also search not displayed contacts

Bug Description

Binary package hint: empathy

searching the contacts is possible by typing some string contained. it would be great if:

1. all the stored contacts are searched
2. only the matching contacts are displayed

something like skype. out of ALL contacts the matching ones are displayed, no matter if its online or not.
