Bug Description
The recent addition of custom field/value pairs available in loading using the Wonderfetch method of passing values through a URL to biblio has a bug in functioning. The code, which allows for an unlimited number of custom metadata fields using c[] and v[] as arrays for custom fieldname and value respectively, does not carry into the function for resetting the metaform page when a new identifier must be entered.
When a loader comes accross an already used identifier (field is red), the loader must enter a new identifier and hit the "reset" button. When this occurs, any changes using the c[] and v[] arrays disappear. These arguments need to be passed somehow through the reset function. Should be a simple matter.
Possible Issues:
All I can think of is that perhaps we want to disallow the use of identifier as one of the custom field names, as passing that through the function intended to change the identifier value might cause unexpected problems.
FYI: Dan and I have already discussed this. I'm adding the bug officially at Dan's request.

Modified BiblioForms (rev 28165) so that the custom c[], v[] fields
survive reset--------except for the one exception that Jude notes:
we filter out a customization of 'identifier' itself.
