Consolidate Profile Functions and Default to View, Not Edit

When I click on "Profile", I expect to see my profile. Instead, I get dumped into "Edit Profile" and have to wade through 4 different buttons to edit or view my profile.

Ideally, when I click on "Profile", I should see my profile view, and have sub nav buttons for the 3 other sections of my profile (Resume, Goals, Skills). These should all be in "view mode" - seeing the same exact thing that another user would see.

To edit any of these views/pages, there would a small edit button next to the title of the view. Toggling that would allow me into all the functions and sub-functions needed to manage my profile content.

Our planned usability work addresses part of the problem through navigation changes. There's also suggestions floating around for improving the view interface that will also partially address this. Probably worth re-visiting this request after that work is done.
