Error message on when opening profile view

Bug Description
When a users profile View is opened the following message comes up.
Fatal error: Ignoring exception from View::__destruct() while an exception is already active (Uncaught SystemException in /var/www/
The users name is Simon Atkinson
Can't find this error in the bug tracker.
Can this be fixed and checked to see what has casued this to happen.

This was fixed on MyPortfolio.
The problem is, I believe, a race condition in profile view creation.
