My views - the header line is doubled

Hi,

on the my view page the headerline is doubled. plaese remove the version without help icon.

We worked out that some help files had to be deleted for the second line to disappear. https://eduforge.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1917&group_id=176&atid=739 is related to this.

I guess my issue is similar to what Heinz reported. The header appears twice on a view page which is not ideal because there is no new information provided. I would delete the line with the gray background and just use the bigger heading and add the name of the view author in small.

If we did that, we have to be careful with the profile view and not touch the "XY's Profile" in the gray bar. Otherwise the profile will not have a title at all.

I've left the title in the header and removed the one below it.
