Improved ways of inviting/adding users to Groups

It would be really good for Admins to be able to quickly add users to controlled communities faster and easier than current (search, add). Perhaps an interface like assigning Staff access rights [ <-- ] [ --> ] with multiple user select option

We do need some better ways for users to be added or invited to groups.

Ray Merrill has suggested the following improvements:

* On users' friends listing, a dropdown/button be added to allow users to invite others to their invite communities.
* A screen similar to View Access be added to allow users to invite or add users/groups of users to a group. This screen should probably be shown when a group is created, and be available after that point too.

The View Access screen layout probably needs some usability work too.

We now have links to a Staff access-like interface from group members. Ruslan has also added a way to add/invite users to groups from the find users page.
