Scout's house graphic is missing for Empire and Atlanteans

The barbarians already got new grpahics. However the Atlantean and the Empire scout's houses have the same graphics as the foresters

Samith, the flag in front of the empire scouts house blends toghether with the door in the background too much because of the color. Perhaps a lighter color? Also, im not sure about the shape. the empire flag is horizontal. the drational western flag shape feels a bit out of place. perhaps a long thin vertical flag?
