Bug Description

Binary package hint: thunderbird

running latest ubuntu lucid. under System->Preferences->Preferred Applications the web browser is defined as Firefox, yet when clicking on a link in an email withing thunderbird, it asks me to choose an application for web browsing.

I know that I can find firefox somewhere in the filesystem, but it shouldn't be even asking!
