Weaving mill useless for barbarians

Bug Description
Currently, for barbarians, "cloth" is not used by any other building. This makes the weaving-mill useless and I would like to suggest to temporarily "deactivate" it in order to not confuse new players. "Deactivate" could mean to prevent it from showing up in the choices to build, thereby not breaking saved games that have it.

... guess he's right, cloth was (according to the comments) thought for soldiers and ships.
Soldiers currently don't use it, and ships are a glimpse from the future.
I guess the only thing possible without breaking savegames might be setting buildable=no in the conf. That way it is still valid, but nobody could build it anymore.
