Can't add songs with special characters (e.g. '\&') to playlists

Bug Description

Can't add songs with special characters (e.g. '\&') to playlists.

This is a known bug (along with the fact that rhythmbox often crashes when you drag songs into a playlist, then click on the playlist) in rhythmbox 0.9.3. Many such bugs are fixed in 0.9.5. Can't 0.9.5 get added to dapper instead of each user downloding the source and compiling it?

each user is not downloading and compiling the new version, many users don't know how to build a software and are happy to use stable versions rather than the new shiny ones. If you like running uptodate software you might want to use edgy by example
