Bug Description

Binary package hint: empathy

I was chatting with a friend and closed the chat window, when he wrote a new message I opened it and appeared before another message that he wrote earlier.

Another bug is when you receive a message and it only appears in the notifier until you reopen the chat window...

I hope that this bug report is useful, my first one. And if there's anything else you need to know please do ask.

I tried to reproduce this issue under empathy 2.31.90-1ubuntu1 included in Maverick and works fine for me (using Ubuntu theme). Please can you check if this behaviour is still affecting you under Ubuntu Maverick?, by the way, for the second problem please fill a new report. Thanks!

this I think was a temporary glitch with the adium theme. I faced a little weired behaviors in lucid development cycle bug have not seen any such case in a while. so I assume this problem got fixed at some point.
