Bug Description

Binary package hint: quagga

Version: 0.99.9-2ubuntu1
on Ubuntu 8.04.4

Using bgp for ipv6 doesn't advertise local routes.
It will accept routes from other systems.

Using karmic, everything is fine. I did read in quagga that this issue was fixed in a later version of quagga than the one in hardy
