Bug Description
If your window is narrow enough that you have to scroll to the right, you will notice that the header and footer stuff is not the same with as the rest of the content in the window.
CSS: fixed and left:0 should probably fix it.

Note this happens on the My downloads page but not the "New" page, here the top bar is fixed to the window, but it is forced to a with that is wider then my screen so i can not see the menu after "New | Just added | Browse | My downloa".
On this page however the footer works perfectly.
