Bug Description
The first interface listed in the output of netstat is not being parsed by bandwidth-monitor on systems with a non-English language setting. This occurs because the output is stripped of non-interface related (verbose) output, which foolishly assumes everybody uses English... stupid mistake on my part.
This bug was reported via email by a non-ubuntu user; I am creating the bug here so I can make a commit against it and also in-case someone runs into it they will know what revision will correct it.

Patch to change stripping non-interface information to search for the absence of required information instead of the presence of extraneous information.
